Well weighed myself this morning and was at 137lbs. What would it had been if I could have been a little more proactive on the exercise?
Spent a good amount of time preparing meals and snack for the week. Still need to grocery shop for when the kids are here. Wednesday night might have to be the night.
Tonight I have to get my blood work done. I am pretty sure I have a Candida infestation (I know TMI), but not the normal of what you think of Candida. So blood work and more doctors appointments. I am hoping the clean eating will help, May have to cut out the fruit as well, (natural sugars)
yesterday I didn't quite stick to meal plan for the day, but think I did okay
breakfast: :Since I got up late -
1 hard boiled egg and a banana
Lunch -
Grilled chicken breast with spinach and blueberries and cucumber - quite yummy
snack - the protein pancakes lol several grilled pepper strips (I was prepping the weeks food)
Supper - more protein pancakes
Snack - banana and 2 rice cakes with almond butter.
Today
Breakfast - protein shake (yogurt, blueberries, banana, almond mild and hemp protein powder)
snack - oatmeal and an hard boiled egg (I forgot to put the egg in the oatmeal when I cooked it)
Lunch turkey breast (small piece) and steamed bok choy and some pepper strips
Snack - chicken breast and more peppers (might be something else, just can't remember)
Supper - Salmon and broccoli
